Terms of Use for SAP FI Consultant (Microsoft Teams App)

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the **SAP FI Consultant** application (the “App”) for Microsoft Teams, operated by **Asapeca UAB** ("we", "our", or "us").

By installing or using the App, you ("you", "user", or "your organization") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the App

SAP FI Consultant is an AI-powered assistant integrated into Microsoft Teams, designed to help users interact with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) content, provide explanations, and assist with related tasks through chat-based interaction.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

- Be authorized by your organization to use Microsoft Teams and its third-party applications
- Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country)

3. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes within Microsoft Teams.

You agree not to:

- Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the App
- Use the App in any unlawful or abusive manner
- Upload or input malicious, discriminatory, or confidential third-party content without authorization

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy(#), which explains how your data is collected, used, and stored.

- We do not sell your data.
- Data is processed securely, and may include messages you input into the chat.
- You are responsible for ensuring that no confidential, regulated, or sensitive data is input unless allowed by your internal policies.

5. AI Disclaimer

The App may use AI services (e.g., OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) to generate responses.

- AI output is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
- You should verify all AI-generated content before using it in any financial, legal, or operational decisions.
- We do not take responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Availability and Support

- We strive to ensure availability of the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

You may also uninstall or stop using the App at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and intellectual property in the App remain the property of Asapeca UAB or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
- The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
